Weatherman was wrong, again

We didn't get any thunderstorms, and only a light dusting of snow this weekend. I guess when they tell you to expect 10+ inches of snow, don't believe them. The wind did blow, so at least the weatherman got that right. Kurt decided we needed to replace the carpet in by our back door and steps to the basement at 11:00am today. He was sure we could pull the old carpet out and replace it by now. I told him we couldn't go pick up carpet and have it done tonight. And, I was right. We did get the carpet out and new carpet picked up, but we will have to work on laying it next weekend.
