Vacation pictures

I finally had some quiet time to get our vacation pictures downloaded from the camera. Here are a few. We landed at the Pensacola airport and got an upgrade on our rental car. We drove a Saab that was valued almost as much as our house. Kurt drove most of the week and I was the navigator, along with Jack (our GPS unit).

These are some of our pictures from around the hotel. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on Ft Pickens Rd in Pensacola Beach. Our room was about in the middle on the 6th floor. We also stayed here one night last year during our Gulf visit. The pier in the picture is used to get you from the hotel to the beach.

Kurt and I played in the sand and made a sign for our anniversary. The next day, Kurt had the hotel put our anniversary on the real sign outside the front door. You see the sign every time you go up or down the glass elevators or step out the front entry.
