Restful night

Kurt and I have both been very tired this week. We have been staying up later than usual to watch tv. On Tuesday, the city council meeting was on tv until 10:30, then we had to wind down from that. On Wednesday, we watched a movie and then the weather, so we were up later than normal again. On Thursday, we watched tv until 10:00, and then went to sleep soundly. We slept right through a storm. We woke up this morning to find a large tree limb in our front yard. Driving to work, we could not believe all of the tree damage. It must have been quite a storm.

Tonight, we are going to the Ethnic Festival for supper. Tomorrow, we are going to Aurora Days and the Third City Christian Church Firework Celebration. We may head up to Wolbach on Sunday for the rodeo, but will have to see how tired we are from cleaning up the yard and all the other events that are going on.
