Finally some rain

We had several storms go through last night. There was a lot of wind, lightening, and thunder. Kurt said we had 1 1/2 inches of rain in our gauge this morning. There was a lot of tree damage in Grand Island. We didn't have any on our property, but several of our neighbors were cleaning up branches and limbs this morning. A house that sits diagonally across the intersection from Caroline's house, had a tree split in half. It landed on the vinyl fence and was laying partially on the street during the night. We are supposed to get more storms this weekend, but we need the rain.
