Bad/Good Week

This week has had its ups and downs. A week ago tonight, I got a call from my aunt that my grandmother was not well. I drove to Henderson that evening to say goodbye to my grandmother. She passed away on Saturday. The funeral was on Tuesday. She was my last grandparent still living. I was very lucky to have all my grandparents for so long.

The good news for the week was that Kim and family arrived Saturday. We had a good time with them for a few days, before they headed for Kansas. They will be back for Christmas and stay until mid-January.
