Stormy weather

This week, we have had two evenings in the basement, three stormy nights, two nights with hail (pea to marble size), and one night with funnel clouds overhead. We have had 4.5 inches of rain in our rain gauge. My cucumber plants are looking very poorly. My tomatoes are holding their own with the hail. We are very lucky the funnels stayed up in the air and didn't touch down this week. There were several looming over Grand Island according to the local police and some people we know that were outside watching.
