Slow day
We have had an enjoyable Sunday. We went to church, and then ate lunch with Caroline. At church, we had some excitement. We were singing a song and the little boy in front of us sat down. His mom told him to stand up and he said he couldn't. Next thing you know, he slumped over from fainting. His parents took him out of the pew quickly. We talked to his mom later and she said he was fine, but the dad had taken him home to get some rest. Lunch was a good brunch at the country club. We went out to the airport on the way home to view some more of the planes that were displayed there this weekend. We were there yesterday, but they were supposed to get more planes today. Then home for a little while. We went to Red Lobster for supper as I am going through seafood withdrawal from all the seafood we ate last week. I will have to cook up a seafood boil tomorrow night for supper.

Tell us about the seafood boil - sounds good! :o)
Seafood Boil
Boil 8 small red potatoes, 4 ears of frozen corn on the cob, 1 onion, and 4-5 garlic cloves with a crab/shrimp spice packet for 30 minutes. After the first 15 minutes of boiling, add 1/2 lb andouille sausage links, chopped. The last 5 minutes of boiling time, add 1 lb shrimp. After 30 minutes of boiling time has elapsed, remove large pot from heat and cover with a lid. Let it sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes, then pour out liquid. Put the seafood boil on jelly roll pan covered with paper sacks to absorb the remaining liquid. You can also add crawfish, crab legs, or lobster tails. Serve with melted butter and lots of napkins. No utensils required, just use your fingers.
