Texas

We made it to Texas safely. We arrived at the San Antonio airport and picked up our rental car. It is a brand new, dark blue, Dodge Charger. It drives very nicely. Kurt drove us from San Antonio to Seabrook. We are just a short distance from Galveston Bay. We drove to Galveston today and saw many sites including the really, dirty Gulf of Mexico. I picked up a few seashells along the beach, but the waves were too high to get in the water. Tomorrow, we are going to the Johnson Space Center (3miles from motel). Then to Kemah for supper on the boardwalk (1mile from motel). Tuesday, we head down to Corpus Christi for a few days and I will try to blog from there.
